Job duties and responsibilities :

  • • Organize and schedule appointments
  • • Organize meetings and take detailed minutes
  • • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

Job Requirements :

  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • • Very good English
  • • Experience (2-3) years in Administrative Assistant

 Job location :

  • • 6th of October
  • • Working hours 8:00 to 4:30
  • •Weekly days off: Fri @ Sat
